The kennel occupies a 16x20 ft. floor area covered by heat insulated roofs, ceiling fans, exhaust fan and air conditioner during the hot summer months (March-July). There is a total of 14 quarters, the number we intend to keep. There is also a fixed rotating grooming table in the center with an accessible sink, a grooming cabinet on one side, and a medicine cabinet on the other. The flooring is made of non-skid Italian tiles and the walls are finished with water resistant tile-coat paint. Each quarter is raised to the ground with an inclined base floor with draining on the side. The doors are made with assembled PVC pipes with plastic floors. This setup is very efficient, sanitary, and low maintenance, best of all, it's odor-free.
